Custom software that fits. On terms you know from SaaS.
Off-the-shelf software has to be bent until it fits. We build it the other way round – and you pay for it like a subscription. No upfront investment, no construction project, no roadmap you're left waiting on.

What iSaaS is
iSaaS is our answer to an old question: why does custom software always have to be a six-figure project?
We develop your solution, operate it in Europe and evolve it as your business grows – all for a monthly flat fee. You get software that maps your process exactly, without pre-financing the development. We share the risk up to the first working version because we believe in the solution.
From analysis to live operations
Five steps – you pay nothing for the first three. The flat fee only starts once you're working productively with the software.
Potential assessment – free
We get to know your process or product and tell you honestly where custom software has real leverage – and where it doesn't. You keep the result either way.
Concept – together
We write down what the software must be able to do in the first step: who does what, and what should come out of it? In short, clear sentences, not a requirements specification. That is the agreed scope of the first version – clear for you, clear for us.
Development – no invoice
We build the first working version: software you can work with productively, even if not every idea is in it yet. Until then, you pay nothing. You regularly see what's being built and give feedback.
Operations – in use from day one
As soon as you're working productively, your monthly flat fee starts. It covers operations, hosting in Europe, security updates and a fixed allowance for further development.
Further development – ongoing
When your business changes, the software changes. You tell us what you need, we agree together on what comes first, and we deliver continuously – in weeks, not release cycles.
What the flat fee covers
Your own instance
No shared platform. Your software runs for you alone.
Hosting in Europe
Agreed computing resources, GDPR-native, everything stays within reach.
Operations & security
Monitoring, security patches, keeping the technical foundation up to date – you don't have to worry about a thing.
Development allowance
A fixed monthly allowance for new features and adjustments, without negotiating each one.
Storage, larger extensions and special availability commitments are billed separately. What that means for you in concrete terms, we clarify in conversation – before the contract, not after.
How we work together
You use it, we take care of it.
You don't need to own software to use it – you need software that runs. We develop, operate and maintain your solution; you work with it. That's why we can pre-finance the development, and that's why responsibility for technology and security stays with us.
A partnership, not a project.
iSaaS has no end date, but a shared direction. You commit for 24 months from the productive start, and so do we. After that, it continues for as long as it works for both sides. If the partnership ends, you get your data in full and in open formats.
You know your business, we know the technology.
You decide what gets built. We decide how it's built properly – so the software is still stable, secure and maintainable in five years. And if we see that a process is already stuck before the software comes in, we say so and help straighten it out. That's our own standard for what we build.
Who iSaaS is made for
For companies and teams that have a working process and want a tool that maps it – not the other way round. For founding teams that want to build a product without first needing a funding round for the software. For anyone who sees software as a partnership, not a purchase.
And if iSaaS isn't right for you – because you'd rather run the software yourselves or a classic project fits better – we'll tell you in the potential assessment. And recommend what fits better.
Let's start with a conversation.
An honest assessment, not a sales pitch. Find out whether iSaaS gives you the biggest leverage.
